This is Japanese-made patch for the United States Navy USS Topeka CLG-8 (guided missile cruiser). The patch bears the motto HONOR FREEDOM VALOR.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:4-7/8" diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads with muslin backing.

CONDITION:8+(Excellent): Patch is hardly worn.
