1960s Dominicana (Dominicana de Aviaci—n) Airline Wing

This is a 1960s airline wing for Dominicana (Dominicana de Aviaci—n), a company that started out flying from the Dominican to locales such as the US, Spain and Puerto Rico in 194The company ceased to exist in 199The wing shows a capital D with a slender aircraft shooting through it. The wing now has a handsome coppery tone from both polishing and the tropical climate in which it was used.

Circa 1960s.

Approximately 3/4" in height and 3" in width.

Gilt brass, enameled details.

Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
