ARTIFACT: This is a 1960s-1970s wing for the Mexican Civil Aviators worn by airline pilots. The wing is a handsomely detailed eagle bearing a multi-colored floret medallion on its breast that shows the shape of Mexico.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s-1970s.

SIZE: Approximately 15/16" in height and 2-13/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold=plated brass, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts with clutch-back catches.

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airlines collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. REL93 LFEX5/11 SeVIJX01/19

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The wing has some areas of light tarnish and light abrasions only on its reverse; all enamel is intact.
