ARTIFACT: This is a pilot wing 5th issue for Braniff International Airways, which operated from the 1930s until the 1980s. The wing is very minimalistic with a star at top and BI against a field of white enamel at center. It is by O. C. Tanner of Salt Lake City, Utah.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 13/16" in height and 3-3/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-filled with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts (backings are missing).

MARKINGS: TCO?? (O.C. Tanner maker mark) 1/5 10K.

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): Wing shows minor to moderate surface abrasions.
