ARTIFACT: This is a 1960s 1st Officer wing 3rd issue by Blackinton for Allegheny Airlines, which flew out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from 1952 to 1979, when it changed its named to USAir. The wing shows a red and blue enameled boomerang-like wing at center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s.

SIZE: 11/16" height and 3-1/8" width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts.

MARKINGS: BLACKINTON STER.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an airline company collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. TEJX95 LBBEX9/10 SBBEX7/16

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): Wing has moderate wear and small spots of tarnish.
