This is a hardcover copy of "They Who Fought Here" by Bell Irvin Wiley. It is a volume about what life was like for the typical Civil War soldier based upon research of contemporary written accounts. The book has many black-and-white photographs and illustrations and has its original dust jacket. It was published in 1959 by Bonanza Books of New York.
