This is a 1952 United States Coast Guard Port Security photo identification card for a United States Maritime Administration marine lawyer. The lawyer was a Scotsman named Charles Bruce Yule, and the card was issued to him on the last day of the year in 1952.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 3-9/16" in height by 2-5/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Laminated printed paper.

CONDITION:7- (Very Fine-): The card shows some light to medium wear and has a slight, crackled depression near the bottom.
