This is a beautiful circa 1950's pin in 14 karat gold for five years of service with the Department of Justice (DOJ). It has an eagle at its center and a small sapphire on the bottom border.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950's.
SIZE:Approximately 3/4" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:14 karat gold (2.1 dwt), sapphire.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:A1 14K.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The pin shows very little wear with areas of tarnish on the reverse only.
