This is a 1950s United States Army 74th Ordnance Company DI. The DI shows an impressively enameled red missile at its center and reads PARATUS ET VERSATILES (ready and versatile).
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/16" in height 1-1/8" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:N.S. MEYER NEW YORK and Meyer maker's mark.
