This is a circa 1950s squadron patch made for the United States Air Force's 511th Tactical Fighter Squadron. The patch shows a dive-bombing vulture complete with head bandage dropping some bombs.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s.
SIZE:2-3/4" diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Cotton patch embroidered with red, yellow, black and white cotton threads.

CONDITION:6- (Fine): Patch is in good condition except for well-faded background color.
