ARTIFACT:

This is a sterling silver TALOA (Transocean Air Lines) pin. TALOA was formed right after World War II and ran worldwide routes up until 1960. The pin is a petite wing with a globe at center.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1950s.

SIZE:

Approximately 7/16" height and 15/16" width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT:

Single screw post with disc backing.

MARKINGS:

STERLING.
