This is an unusual small size jacket or hat patch for the United States Naval Air Station at Pensacola, Florida from the 1950s. The patch shows a duck wearing an aviator's helmet who is trying to launch into flight from the water.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 2" in height and 2-11/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Twill embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads, mesh backing.
