ARTIFACT:

1950's Director of Civil Defense badge from Woolwich, Maine. The badge features a raised Civil Defense logo in the center of the badge, around it reads: "SPECIAL POLICE WOOLWICH, MAINE" and across the top it reads: "DIRECTOR".

VINTAGE:

Circa early 1950's

SIZE:

Approximately 1-3/4"round

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Nickel plated brass and painted details.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical pin with drop in swivel catch.

MARKINGS:

"PAT 2383012" on pin back.
