ARTIFACT: This is a great circa 1950 United States Naval Academy (USNA) Ring Dance women's compact souvenir. The cover has a wonderful graphic of a couple beneath a huge class ring and the reverse of the compact has a textured pattern. The compact opens to show a compartment for powder and a mirror.

VINTAGE: Circa 1950.

SIZE: Approximately 3" square and 3/8" in thickness.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Painted brass.

ATTACHMENT: Push button release, hinge.

MARKINGS: None.

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The compact shows only some minor wear and tarnish; there is some face powder residue still inside.
