SUBJECT: This is a circa 1950-1952 lapel pin in 10 karat gold for the Chase Aircraft Company Inc., started in Trenton, New Jersey in 1943. The pin reads STROUKOFF AVITRUC and shows the military transport aircraft, evolved from a glider, of the same name enameled at its center.
VINTAGE: Circa Korean War.
SIZE: Approximately 7/16 in height and 1 in width.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: 10 karat gold, enamel.
ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing.
MARKINGS: LGB 10K.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The pin shows light wear and tarnish and there are some very small dings to the enamel.
