ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1940s licensed practical nurse pin from the State of Illinois. The pin is by Morgan's and done in nicely enameled gold fill. The reverse of the pin is numbered and engraved with the nurse's name.

VINTAGE: Circa 1940s.

SIZE: Approximately 15/16"in height and 1-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: 10 karat gold-filled, enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: M. E. ATWOOD 946 1/10 GF MORGAN'S.

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The pin shows only very light wear with all enamel intact.
