ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1940s National Airlines ten years of service lapel pin in sterling silver by Balfour. The pin has a great Art Deco design and a ruby or garnet chip adorning the body of the airplane at its center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1940s.

SIZE: Approximately 9/16" in height and 5/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver with ruby or garnet chip.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing.

MARKINGS: LGB (Balfour) STERLING.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The pin shows light wear with an overall handsome tarnish.
