Description
1940's Hartford Special Machinery Co. 5 year service pin in sterling silver. The round pin features a center that depicts the company's letter logo: "HSM" and surrounding is a blue enameled ring that reads: "THE HARTFORD SPECIAL MACHINERY CO." The very outer edge resembles a gear plate and bottom center shows the number: "5". The company made aircraft for the war effort during WWII.
