VINTAGE:Circa 1940s.
SIZE:About 3" in width by 1-1/4" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with a come-under locking catch.
MARKINGS:None.
