Description

ARTIFACT:

1940's – 1950's International Association of Chiefs of Police brass Life Member ID card of Miami, Florida police department Chief of Communications Ben Demby. The brass card reads: "INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE BEN DEMBY HAS BEEN DULY ELECTED A LIFE MEMBER OF I. A. C. P., INC. LIFE MEMBER" and is signed by the "EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR". The Chiefs of Police Association's emblem is featured at the center beneath 'Ben Demby".
