Description
1940's-50's Topeka, Kansas Police Badge. The badge features the Great Seal of the State of Kansas in the center and reads: "JANUARY 29, 1861" and below the state motto, depicts horses and mountains on the horizon. There is an eagle perched at the top and the badge reads: "TOPEKA POLICE" and is #'d "96".
VINTAGE:Circa 1940's 1950's
SIZE:Approximately 2 ¾" x 1 ¾"
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Chrome plated, nickeled brass, and paint.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical 'T' style pin with drop in tension locking swivel catch.
