1931-32 East Hartford, Connecticut Peddler License Badge Maker Marked

This is a 1931-1932 peddler license badge from East Hartford, Connecticut. The badge is shield-shaped with the number 28 at center and is nicely maker-marked on reverse.

Circa 1931-1932.

Approximately 2" in height and 1-3/4" in width.

Plated brass.

Vertical safety-style pin, saddle.
