This is a United States Navy Airship Rigger 1st Class sleeve rate. The rate shows an eagle above a winged anchor and three red chevrons below.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s - World War II.
SIZE:5-3/4" height and 3-15/16" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Multi-piece felt patch embroidered in multi-colored silk/cotton threads.
