This is a 1930's "Stock" Special Deputy Sheriff Circle Cut Out Shield Badge by Art Burnside.

Approximately: 2-5/16" in height x 2-1/8" in width.

Nickel-plated nickel with Red and Black painted lettering.

Vertical kick pin with tongue-type 'C' catch.
