Great 1930's Montgomery Ward Private Watchman Badge #6. With an eagle perched at the top, this detailed badge read"PRIVATE WATCHMAN MONTGOMERY WARD" with the number "6" at the base and was manufactured by Ed. Jones & Co in Oakland, California. The reverse shows hand engraved lettering that read"Oakland Calif. Montgomery Ward Co." and also shows maker's mark.

8 (Excellent-): Badge shows only minor to moderate wear and a period repaired/replaced catch in steel. Nearly all of the nickel plating remains fully intact.
