ARTIFACT:

This is a Wonderful Old 1930's El Dorado County California Lake Tahoe Recreation Department Deputy Badge # 6 by LAS&S Los Angeles Stamp & Stationery from older Chipron Die.

I'd say it is unique, as I've never seen anything like it, but it is # 6, so in theory there should be at least 5 more out there!

VINTAGE:

1930s.

SIZE:

Approximately: 2-15/16" in height x 2-5/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gold-plated brass with painted lettering.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
