This is a Gorgeous Deco-style United States Navy pilot wing from the early 1930s. This wing is in gold bullion and has lovely built-up shoulders and rope detailing. Almost 3-Dimensional, these Stunning wings are getting very hard to find in this condition.
VINTAGE:Circa early 1930s
SIZE:Approximately 3-3/8"x 1-7/16"
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool embroidered in bullion and cotton/silk threads, mesh backing.
