Description
1930's Chinese Army Officer Dagger with knot and unique leather scabbard. The grip and pommel feature an ornately embellished brass plate with a floral motif and the grip is coiled with bullion and shows painted Chinese characters. The brass cross guard features a black knot tassel. The scabbard is crafted from stitched leather and features a brass locket with hook and crest.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930's.
SIZE:Approximately Total Length: 17-1/2" x 2-3/8"; Grip: 4-3/4" x 2/3/8"; Blade: 10-1/2"; Scabbard: 12-3/8" x 1-1/4".
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Brass, leather, bullion, steel, silk.
ATTACHMENT:Leather scabbard with hook on locket for attachment.
