Description
This is a circa 1930s Brown Instrument "Air O Line" pneumatic controller enameled instrument badge. Started in 1910, Brown manufactured electrical measuring devices, becoming one of America's largest makers of industrial thermometers and thermostats. They merged with Honeywell in 1934, who could supply Brown with necessary valves and parts for continued technological advance. The badge is an octagon of uneven length sides and is nicely enameled.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/8" in height and 1-1/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Chromed & enameled brass.
ATTACHMENT:Two screws with nuts.
