1930s Boston & Maine (B&M) Railroad Snow Train Badge

This is a badge for the Boston and Maine Railroad's "Snow Train", which operated from 1931-1971 during the winter to bring adventurers from Massachusetts to slopes and villages in Vermont and New Hampshire. The badge shows a man cross-country skiing and reads BOSTON & MAINE R.R. SNOW TRAIN.

Circa 1930s.

Approximately 1-1/16" diameter.

Gold-plated brass.

Horizontal pin with "C" catch.
