ARTIFACT: This is a 1930s American Motorless Aviation Corporation (AMAC) third class glider badge by Whitehead & Hoag. The badge is round, reads AMAC and shows one gull in flight.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s.

SIZE: Approximately 5/8" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with blue and white enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing.

MARKINGS: WHITEHEAD & HOAG CO. NEWARK N.J. on backing.

ITEM NOTES: The pin you receive will either be the one pictured or one in very similar condition. This is from a civil aviation collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VCX92 LFEX 5/10 S(1)FEX12/15

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The pin shows light wear only and has brilliant coloring.
