This is a 1930's-1940's Hutchinson Kansas Police Captain Badge.

1930s - 1940s.

Approximately 2-7/8" in height and 1-7/8" in width.

Gold plated Brass with Black and Blue Painted details..

Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
