This is a 1930s-1940s Las Cruces, New Mexico police badge and wallet. The badge shows an eagle at top and reads PATROLMAN LAS CRUCES POLICE 2The wallet reads POLICE DEPARTMENT LAS CRUCES, NEW MEXICO.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s-1940s.
SIZE:Badge: 2-7/16" height and 1-11/16" width; wallet: 5" height and 3" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Badge: gold-plated brass with enamel lettering and detail; wallet: leather with painted lettering and plastic windows.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical kick pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
