This is a beautiful Missouri-Kansas-Texas (MKT) Railway director five years of service pin in 14 karat gold. MKT began in 1870 and was affectionately called the "Katy" for short. The pin is in red, white and blue enamel and has a flower-like design in the background.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 9/16" height and 1/2" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:14 karat gold with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing.
MARKINGS:14K and perhaps an "L" symbol.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent): Pin is in wonderful shape with tarnish to backing only.
