Description
This is a beautiful circa 1920s child's Singer hand-crank sewing machine in cast iron and nickel. The Singer Corporation can trace its roots back to 185The sewing machine comes with a vintage red leather case, but it is probably not original to the sewing machine. The hand-crank has seven spokes and different parts of the machine such as the spool pin are numbered (see photo).
VINTAGE:Circa 1920s.
SIZE:Approximately 6-1/2" in height, 7" in length and 3" in width (at plate).
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Cast iron, nickel, felted bottom; case: leather with cloth lining and metal.
ATTACHMENT:Buckles and strap (broken) on case.

CONDITION:8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The machine is in excellent condition with some tiny spots of oxidation on the plate; handle on case is separated on one end.
