Description
This is a 1920s diamond-shaped worker's jacket patch for the American Telephone and Telegraph Company, or AT&T, which was founded in 188The company had been around for a decade previously before it assumed its now famous name as a venture under the guidance of three men, including the telephone's inventor, Alexander Graham Bell.
VINTAGE:Circa 1920's.
SIZE:Approximately 4" in height and 6-1/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt chenille embroidered in wool threads, cotton gauze backing.

CONDITION:6+ (Fine-Very Fine): The patch has some areas of light to moderate wear and a couple of small spots where the wool is missing. Some of the border embroidery thread is missing.
