ARTIFACT:

This is a great circa 1910s steamship lantern by Perkins Marine Lamp Corporation of Brooklyn, New York. The lantern is marked "Starboard Classes II & III". Sadly, the lens is cracked, but the lantern still presents very nicely.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1910s.

SIZE:

Approximately 9-1/2" in height and 7-1/2" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Brass, glass.

ATTACHMENT:

Sliding latch, clip.
