1910's - 1920's Savannah Georgia Police Badge # 62 Replated & Catch Repaired circa 1930's

ARTIFACT:

This is a 1910's-1920's Savannah Georgia Police Badge #62, Replated & Catch Repaired 1930s. Originally Nickel Plated Nickel, Chrome plated and refurbished in the 1930's during the later period of use. Tongue type C catch replaced with drop in locking catch at the same time.

VINTAGE:

1910's - 1920's.

SIZE:

Approximately 2-1/2" in height x 2-1/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Chrome plated nickel with painted letter.

ATTACHMENT:

Vertical kick pin with drop in locking catch.
