1900s-1910s Globe Detective Bureau Badge by Western Stamp & Stencil of Omaha

This is a great old circa 1900s or 1910s Globe Detective Bureau badge. The badge was made by Western Stamp & Stencil of Omaha, Nebraska and has a nice maker mark on reverse. It is shield-shaped and is numbered It is possible that this agency may have operated out of Globe, Arizona, but we have no actual information on the whereabouts or history of the company.

Circa 1900s-1910s.

Approximately 2-1/8" in height and 1-3/4" in width.

Plated brass.

Vertical safety-style pin.

2 on front; Western Stamp & Stencil Co. Omaha U.S.A. on reverse.
