Description
This is a photograph of the police chief of Amsterdam, New York who served in the 1890s. It is a photograph of him from the chest up dressed in uniform and sporting a handlebar mustache. The reverse of the photograph is a fanciful heraldic illustration and lists the information for S. A. Taylor Photographic Art Studio.
