This is an 1881 W.F.D. fire badge, possibly for either Woonsocket (Rhode Island) Fire Department or Worcester, Massachusetts Engine Company badge.

Circa 1881.

About 2" in width by 2" in height.

Silver-plated brass with black paint detail.

Vertical safety-style pin.
