The buckle has a period conversion to a pin-back for the owner's unique application. It is in gilt bronze and shows an eagle perched upon an anchor framed by boughs of leaves.

VINTAGE: Circa 1880s-1890s.

SIZE: Approximately 2-1/4" in height and 2-7/8" in width.
