1880s-1890s US Army Veterans' Souvenir Spiked Helmet Badge

This is a circa 1880s-1890s United States Army veteran's souvenir badge. It is in the shape of a three-dimensional spiked helmet and has an attached eagle lapel pin.

Circa 1880s-1890s.

Helmet: approximately 1-3/4" in length and 1-1/4" in height and 1-5/16" in width; eagle: approximately 1-7/16" in width and 5/8" in height.

Helmet: plated brass: eagle: plated brass.

Helmet: brad holding on decoration, hole and clip; eagle pin: horizontal safety-style pin.
