ARTIFACT: WWII USS Swearer DE-186 "War Diary" from 1943 ??? 1946 written by a sailor while serving on the vessel and published in 1995. The cover reads: "A DESTROYER ??? ESCORT DIARY 1943 to 1946", "DOG EASY ONE EIGHT SIX", "USS SWEARER", "BY WALTER L. ROBERGE JR.". The book is over 250 pages and contains images, diagrams, listings of those who served on the USS Swearer, and a detailed account of its activities between 1943 and 1946.

VINTAGE: Circa 1995

SIZE: Approximately 8-3/8" x 5-3/4" x 3/4".
