ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces training/cadet novelty patch from the Miami Beach Basic Training Center. The patch has a winged white and red star at its center bordered by crossed hatch marks.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 3-1/2" in height and 3-1/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Felt embroidered in cotton/silk threads with printing on reverse.
