ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces pilot's shirt-size wing in sterling silver. The wing is in the Bell pattern.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

About 2" in width by 9/16" in height.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Sterling.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with a come-under locking catch.

MARKINGS:

STERLING.
