ARTIFACT:

This is a World War II photo identification badge for a United States Army Air Forces cadet. The badge is from the Oakland (California) Airport, and shows a cadet from Class 22 AFTD BS.

VINTAGE:

Circa World War II.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-3/4" in diameter.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Clear celluloid, paper, photograph, plated brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch, clip.

MARKINGS:

A. E. CO. UTICA N.Y.
