This is a United States Army Air Forces Air Gunnery School wing patch. The patch was meant for the flight training students' overseas caps.
VINTAGE:Circa World War II.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/16" in height by 4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt embroidered in cotton/silk threads, mesh backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:None.

CONDITION:7- (Very Fine-): The patch has some light soiling and a few spots along the edge where the felt has come off.
