ARTIFACT: This is a World War II United States Army Air Forces 34th Photo-Reconnaissance Squadron, 10th Photo-Reconnaissance Group, 9th Air Force patch. It shows an ape wearing a flight helmet.

VINTAGE: Circa World War II.

SIZE: About 5-9/16" in width by 5" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Cotton embroidery thread on wool felt.

ATTACHMENT: To be sewn onto garment.

MARKINGS: None.
