This is an unworn World War II United States Army Air Forces 20th Air Force shoulder patch in the "thin numbers, round" variant. The patch shows a winged star against a globe.

Circa World War II.

Approximately 2-15/16" in diameter.

Fully embroidered in cotton/silk threads.

To be sewn onto uniform.
